How I try to operate as a human
The principles I return to.
A personal operating system should be simple enough to remember and strong enough to guide the hard decisions. Mine is grounded in work, generosity, balance, and family.
01
Put in the work.
Effort is not always rewarded immediately, but it almost always compounds. I believe in doing the work for yourself, for the people around you, and for the future you are trying to create.
02
Give first.
The most meaningful returns in life rarely begin as transactions. Generosity creates trust, opportunity, and deeper relationships. The more value you create for others, the more life tends to return in unexpected ways.
03
Create balance.
Healthy relationships are built on reciprocity—not scorekeeping, but a genuine sense that both sides are seen and valued. I look for agreements that are fair, mutual, and durable. Balance is what makes trust sustainable.
04
Family is the foundation.
Family is the central operating system beneath everything else. It shapes how we love, lead, and move through the world. I protect mine fiercely and invest the time, care, and effort it deserves.
Work hard. Give more than expected. Seek fair and lasting outcomes. Protect the people who make everything else matter.
